Due to this, many organizations have fallen behind, many have not made it, and had to face shutting down.
About Me
When I started working in technology roles I encountered numerous experiences of feeling stuck in my work-life with no one to turn to.
I also witnessed other colleagues who faced work situations with no one to support them or help them see things objectively to move forward with their best interests at heart.
Team members were lost, organizational business processes were not efficient, and the customer demand for outcomes was overwhelming for my fellow colleagues.
After 25+ years of working in various technology roles of all levels from analyst to VP roles, I found myself here as an ICF Professional Coach and an ICF Advanced Certified Teams Coach focusing on how organizations and the people and business processes within them move together as a ‘system’ impacting organizational effectiveness.
I discovered that individuals within these systems also felt stuck, and I then realized that I landed here from my experiences in helping organizations to see the patterns, the habits, and learn new ways of modernizing how they work, and from helping individuals to be what I needed when I was stuck.
I also realized that I cared more about impacts to human systems than technology systems.
I now leverage my technology, leadership, & people experiences to help people and organizations who are in the same puzzling situations I once found myself and my IT colleagues in.
